Shipping Policy


In order for the order to be delivered to the correct address and for the customer to receive it within the time frame that we advertise on our store, the customer must ensure that the information he provides at checkout is correct.

The use of abbreviations is strongly discouraged. Correct surnames/first names, street, house or apartment number and route information (if applicable) are essential requirements for optimal delivery. assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdirected shipments due to an incorrect, incorrectly entered or incomplete address at the time of purchase.


All orders are subject to a separate processing time except for the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by the carrier at our fulfillment center. Order processing and shipping time is 1-2 business days.

When an order is dispatched, the customer is informed by a confirmation e-mail. The status of an order can be consulted on any order tracking site, thanks to the tracking number provided after the parcel has been sent.


Delivery times France and Western Europe:

The processing time of your order, the design of the products and the delivery of your order require our team to take a period of between 3 to 10 days .

Please note that some of our items are in high demand. We regularly adjust and supply our stocks. However, your item may no longer be available in our European logistics centres.

Where applicable, your item will be shipped directly from our partner bonded warehouses in Asia (China, Thailand, Indonesia). The delivery time may therefore be significantly increased: 2 to 3 weeks on average.

So don't be worried if your delivery is exceptionally late. Know that our team strives to make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.


Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the customer refuses a shipment after the time period mentioned in our terms and conditions, the customer is responsible for the initial shipping costs, plus the costs of returning the package to our warehouse (if applicable). This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.


If the customer notices non-delivery, or if the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered by the carrier on an "X" date, without the carrier having received it, the customer has the responsibility and the obligation to contact our shop (via our contact page) within 7 days of this "X" date. No claim for "non-delivery" can be taken into account beyond this period.

Our customer service will contact the issuer as soon as possible in order to agree on an appropriate solution to the problem encountered. Please note that requests may take up to 7 business days to be processed.


If an order consists of multiple items and one (or more) of those items is out of stock, will ship the remainder of the order, refunding the customer (to their original payment method) for the items. out of stock.

Please note that, for logistical reasons, it is possible to receive several packages for the same order if it consists of several items.
