Your order is shipped within 24/48 hours of your purchase in our store.

Delivery time for air humidifiers and hygrometers to France and Europe:

- 3 to 7 days depending on the availability of our articles in our European logistics centers.

- In case of unavailability or insufficient stock in our European warehouses, these items will be shipped from our Asian warehouses. If applicable, the delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.

Please note that if no shipping choice is available for our air humidifiers, these are automatically shipped from our Asian logistics centers (China).

The privileged relationship that we maintain with our suppliers allows us to offer free delivery for the time being, regardless of the item you order.

Without this advantage, delivery costs amount to €4.90 for mainland France and €7.90 for Europe and International.

Please also note that to preserve this advantage, our shop has chosen to cut back on delivery times. It may therefore be that a product is delivered to you later than on some major commerce platforms.


Yes.

If you are not satisfied with your items or if you have simply changed your mind, simply return the item to us new and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

In this case, you will not be asked for any proof.

Please note that the return costs are your responsibility and that it is imperative to follow our return policy (available at the bottom of this page) for the proper consideration of your request.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the same payment method you used to place your original order.

Please also note that in accordance with our general conditions of sale, promotional or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To justify your request, please send us your surname/first name as well as your order number and a photo of the damaged item as an attachment.

After validation, we will send you another article as soon as possible.

If you have ordered several items, these may therefore come from several different warehouses.

If you have not received your entire order, please be patient. Your items are still in transit and will arrive soon.

Our essential oils are 100% pure and come from the distillation of plants whose origin is international. Indeed, all plants do not grow on the same soil. To offer you a maximum of choice in our boxes, it is necessary to import plants from the 4 corners of the globe.
