RETURNS POLICY

THERE IS A PROBLEM, YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER?

MiniBrise.com allows you to change your mind and return your order up to 14 days after receipt.

To return your order:

  • Please contact us via our "Contact Us" page, mentioning your order number, your name and the reason for the return in your message. This step is necessary so that we can take your request into consideration.

  • Your item must be returned within the legal 14 day period mentioned above. It must not have been used and/or worn, in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

  • Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, but to the address we will provide to you once we have received and processed your request.

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our premises. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Next, check with your credit card company. Processing times may be required before your refund is officially sent.

If, after following all of these steps, you have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact page.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale or benefiting from a promotional offer are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We will only exchange an item if it is defective, damaged or within the warranty period. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via our contact page. Our team will tell you how to return it.

If your item is not under warranty, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return it. These charges are not covered by our store and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on your place of residence, the time taken to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending an item worth more than 45 Euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
