HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Your order will be shipped within 24/48 hours of your purchase in our store.
Delivery time for air humidifiers and hygrometers to France and Europe:
- 3 to 7 days depending on the availability of our items in our European logistics centers (France, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Poland).
- In case of unavailability or insufficient stock in our European warehouses, these items will be shipped from our Asian warehouses. If applicable, the delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.
So don't worry if your order is late in arriving, it's on its way.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your items or if you have simply changed your mind, simply return the item to us new and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. In this case, you will not be asked for any proof.
